Needs Analysis

This is specifically designed to your key occupational health groups. Needs analysis includes a review of your existing health surveillance matrix, your relevant policies and procedures and a review of your risk assessments. As part of the set-up process we will carry out a free desktop analysis of your needs to produce an appropriate matrix.

Following the outcomes and recommendations outlined in the needs analysis, we will work in partnership with you to implement and maintain a planned annual health surveillance programme.
