As part of the mobilisation process we will carry out a desktop analysis of your health surveillance needs and help you to produce a robust health surveillance matrix. A needs analysis includes a review of any existing regime, your relevant policies and procedures and a review of your risk assessments. Following the outcomes and recommendations outlined in the needs-analysis, we will work with your Health & Safety and HR Teams to implement and maintain a planned health surveillance programme. Fusion will manage your recall requirements and provide data to show what you need to do to remain compliant.
Traditionally health surveillance has always been delivered on site. The 2020 Pandemic required us to provide Health Surveillance via telephone or video questionnaires and although this method cannot replace on site work entirely, it can form part of the solution and we have included it in our delivery method options detailed below:
