Why did Fusion switch to Meddbase?
We listened to you! From client feedback we understood the challenges you faced with our current system, so in order to continue to offer excellent customer service we have upgraded to Meddbase.
What can I do on Meddbase@Fusion that I couldn’t do on eOPAS?
Meddbase@Fusion has a whole host of new features that were not available to us on our old system.
- You will be able to self-serve on many requirements for management referrals and new starter assessments.
- You can message Fusion customer care directly through the platform.
- Access full employee records that we hold for them (providing you have the correct level of access).
- Run reports as and when you need them.
- Securely send messages/ emails regarding referrals and new starter assessments.

Can I continue to use eOPAS?
We will be permanently moving to Meddbase@Fusion, so after the Meddbase launch you will only be able to access Meddbase@Fusion. eOPAS will no longer be available to Fusion clients from 5pm on Wednesday 12th June.
How do I log onto Meddbase@Fusion?
To log onto Meddbase@Fusion you need to visit the Fusion login page.
Can anyone log onto Meddbase@Fusion?
Meddbase@Fusion is for HR departments and/or managers (depending on the structure of your organisation) only. To get a login you must contact customer care at Fusion to gain a code to register.
I don’t have a login for Meddbase@Fusion, how can this be arranged?
If you are a Fusion client and responsible for submitting management referrals or new starter assessments/other occupational health services within your organisation, you can get an access code from Fusion customer care. You can then visit the Fusion login page and register as a user.
We are a client of Fusion but we don’t currently use any case management system. How can we start using Meddbase@Fusion?
