At Fusion we offer mindfulness coaching sessions for groups or on a 1-2-1 basis. All sessions are tailored to the needs of the participants. Working 1-2-1 allows a person to address their individual needs and a course of 6 session enables our mindfulness coach to personalise the sessions and support the individual with stress, anxiety, and other issues.
Mindfulness at work has been shown to reduce, depression and anxiety and improve resilience. Studies have shown that it improves memory and people who practice mindfulness are less emotionally reactive. It improves productivity by teaching participants to focus and pay purposeful attention to the task at hand. Mindfulness improves the work environment as people learn to be more conscious and present. Skills such as acceptance and noticing are learnt, which enhance emotional intelligence and empathy. Both of which are important in the workplace.
