Nandi Mellor joined Fusion in March 2015 having started her journey into occupational health at the BMW Mini plant in Oxford. I then had the opportunity to do my degree while working with Oxfordshire County Council. Since joining Fusion, I have had the opportunity to develop both my clinical knowledge and my confidence.
In the past few years I have taken on some of the clinical governance duties, supporting all our clinical staff in their day to day roles. I am passionate about the quality of our services and enjoy working with staff to ensure that we continue to build on our great reputation. Fusion has a nurturing culture and we believe that providing support and development opportunity to all staff is reflected in the quality of the service that we provide.
