The Automated Care Pathways application provides employees with structured guidance and access to a range of digital wellbeing tools, including self-assessments, self-help activities and guided sessions. It also helps keep employees informed about the referral process with regular updates on what to expect next.
Over the past 12 months we have seen strong engagement with the platform. On average, around 80% of employees referred are engaging with the app, accessing multiple pages of content during each session, and approximately 73% return to the platform to continue engaging with their care pathway.
The ability to introduce bespoke pathways, such as our menopause support pathway aligned to internal policies, has been particularly valuable. More recently we have also welcomed the addition of weight management and smoking cessation pathways, supporting healthier lifestyles across our workforce.
