Protecting the health of your workforce is an essential part of any successful health and wellbeing strategy. Workplace immunisation programmes help reduce the risk of illness, minimise sickness absence, and support employee wellbeing, creating a healthier and more productive workforce.
Fusion Occupational Health has extensive experience delivering workplace vaccination programmes across the UK. Each year, we provide flu vaccinations to thousands of employees through on-site clinics, we also have the option to issue vaccination vouchers for staff who prefer to access their flu vaccine at a convenient local pharmacy.
For organisations whose employees may be exposed to specific occupational health risks, immunisations play a vital role in safeguarding both individual employees and the wider workforce. Vaccination helps the body develop immunity to infectious diseases, reducing the likelihood of infection and helping prevent outbreaks that could impact staff health and business operations.

Flu Vaccinations
Fusion Occupational Health offers two flexible ways to deliver seasonal flu vaccinations, helping protect your workforce while reducing disruption.
On-Site Workplace Clinics
Our preferred option is an on-site vaccination clinic, delivered by a qualified healthcare professional at a time that suits your organisation. This is the most effective way to maximise uptake and protect your workforce.
Benefits:
- Convenient workplace vaccinations
- Reduced employee downtime
- Higher vaccination uptake
- Lower risk of flu-related absence
Flu Vaccination Vouchers
For employees who can’t attend an on-site clinic, we offer flu vouchers redeemable at over 3,000 participating pharmacies and clinics nationwide.
Benefits:
- Flexible access across the UK
- Ideal for remote and field-based employees
- Simple, convenient redemption
Many organisations choose a combination of on-site clinics and vouchers, ensuring every employee has easy access to their annual flu vaccination while supporting wider health and wellbeing goals.
Occupational Immunisations
Many workplaces require employees to be protected against specific infectious diseases due to the nature of their work and potential exposure risks. This is particularly important for employees who may come into contact with blood, bodily fluids, biological agents, or other infectious materials during the course of their duties.
Immunisation requirements can vary significantly depending on the role being performed. Clinical, non-clinical, laboratory, and other specialist personnel may all require different levels of protection based on their exposure risk. Identifying these requirements starts with a thorough risk assessment of each job role, ensuring employees receive the appropriate vaccinations to protect both themselves and those they come into contact with.
At Fusion Occupational Health, we can advise organisations on the most suitable immunisation programmes for their workforce, helping to ensure compliance with health and safety responsibilities while promoting employee wellbeing.

“Thanks for arranging the successful vaccination we had on site. Sophie was very professional and a very warm character. A lot of positive feedback from those who got vaccinated about her.”
