The past 12 months has been tough. In fact, in 2020 60% of companies reported an increase in the most common mental health conditions, solidifying the fact that the pandemic has had an undeniable impact on our mental health. After a year of being separated from family with little social interaction it’s no surprise that we are feeling a little “meh”. But what does it mean when we are feeling a little “meh” or “Blah”?
