Sales Development Representative

Fusion Occupational Health is an exciting company that has grown steadily over the last 6 years, but is now looking to accelerate its growth by appointing first class people into key strategic roles. Earlier in 2022 we appointed our first Marketing lead, now we have a flourishing marketing team, and soon we will be joined by a number of high performing account managers. Our next step is to create a dynamic sales function to capitalise on the excitement our company is generating in the marketplace and to help us with this we need to recruit a Sales Development Representative.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience
• 2-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
• Strong communication skills via phone and email
• Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
• Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
• Proficiency with CRM software
• Prior experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving sales quotes
